  • Gold Promotions offers a 5 day money-back guarantee.
    •   Within 5 days of receipt you may return, freight prepaid any item that does not meet your requirements. You will be credited your full purchase price less shipping and insurance. Shipment to us must be made in such a manner that there is a signed receipt by us. UPS, FedEx and certified or registered mail are among the options. Please do not ship regular mail, as there is no proof of delivery. Fully insure the package against loss. Any item or items returned to us after the 5 day inspection period will be returned to you and your credit card will not be credited.

  • Credit will not be issued for merchandise that is not ours or that has been altered, soldered, or worked on in any manner.

  • All jewelry in this catalog has the original manufacturer trademark (as required by law). All gold is 10K, 14K and 18K plumb.
    • Warranty Policies & Procedures
  • All other merchandise carries a one (1) year guarantee against manufacturer's defects. Our guarantee does not extend to normal wear & tear. Simply return the item to us freight prepaid with a copy of your receipt and your return address and we will take care of the rest.
